Reverse Mission
Reverse mission has been on the rise in recent years.
From countries to which Europe used to send Christian missionaries (South America, Africa, Asia, ...), missionaries are now returning to Europe and Germany. Germany is perceived as a mission country because the Christian faith and a life oriented towards it play a subordinate role in society.
We advise foreign missionary organisations as well as domestic Christian organisations and free churches on questions of residence permits and work permits for missionaries and pastors or staff with a spiritual mission.

Which residence title should be applied for? The "normal" work migration or employment because of "predominantly religious reasons"? What is the difference? What does the job description have to do with it? Who should or must be the employer?
